Damaged Products
We do not accept returns for damaged products. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@nagi-collective.com with details and photos of the damaged product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns Period
Items must be returned within 14 days of the date you received your order. Please ensure that the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The original packaging must also be included.
